He’s heading to Belgium for a crash course in CX; watching it, riding it, & racing it. With an all-star cast of ‘cross mentors - including Sven Nys, Shirin van Anrooij, and Puck Pieterse - Mitch will learn how to hop, run, and crash his way around a cyclocross course. His new-found skills will then be put to the test in perhaps the biggest challenge of Mitch’s career: an actual, real-life, cyclocross race. Off the bike, Mitch will meet with fans and experts to discover the history of the sport and see why cyclocross has a reputation as the most fun hour of bike racing you can watch. Will Mitch fall in love with cyclocross or be left crying out for tarmac? One thing’s for sure: there will be mud.

The rumors and myths are finally erased as the two men who shared Hank William's final days tell their stories. Charles Carr, then seventeen, was the driver of Hank's Cadillac on his last ride. He describes in detail the events that unfold on that final trip. Braxton Shuffert was a mentor to Hank and a family friend. One of the last remaining pallbearers of WIlliam's funeral, Schuffert shares his memories of his friendship with Hank, the funeral, and the sorrow felt upon Hank William's death. His story also includes audio recorded at Hank William's funeral.

As a singer, dancer, actor, choreographer and director, he was a true all-round artist who revolutionized the world of dance in particular. Kelly, who loved to experiment, explored new forms of dance expression and helped a whole generation of young talents to fame. From his beginnings in cabarets and on Broadway to his recognition as a choreographer and director, the documentary shows how the good-looking star with a charming smile expanded the boundaries of dance expression: He danced in the open air in the streets of New York, with a cartoon character or his own reflection. But this dazzling entertainer image should not obscure the fact that Kelly, as a staunch supporter of the American civil rights movement, also saw dancing as a political statement.

In the 1960s, a white couple living in East Germany tells their dark-skinned child that her skin color is merely a coincidence. As a teenager, she accidentally discovers the truth. Years before, a group of African men came to study in a village nearby. Sigrid, an East German woman, fell in love with Lucien from Togo and became pregnant. But she was already married to Armin. The child is Togolese-East German filmmaker Ines Johnson-Spain. In interviews with Armin and others from her childhood years, she tracks the astonishing strategies of denial her parents, striving for normality, developed following her birth. What sounds like fieldwork about social dislocation becomes an autobiographical essay film and a reflection on themes such as identity, social norms and family ties, viewed from a very personal perspective.
