From the creators of Technical Difficulties and Decade comes the next step into the future of freestyle snowboarding. Mack Dawg Productions is proud to present “Amp” a snowboarding video genetically engineered to open yyour mind with smooth and progressive technical riding. –Features the riding of Brian Thien, Jason Brown, Chad Otterstrom, Trevor Andrew, Kier Dillon, Tara, JF, Chris Brown, Jason Borgstede and many others. The highlights include Kurt Wastell ripping a 25 foot water tower with huge wallrides. Also there are some sick gap to rails and large backcountry airs.

Skiing in Quebec

The Quebec region is surrounded by marvelous sites for winter sports and skiing in particular. Lac-Beauport, Valcartier, Mont Ste-Anne are all places where skiers, beginners or experts, can have a great time. The film, which presents a few descents accomplished by experts, including a team of instructors led by Fritz Loosli, is therefore an invitation to frequent winter sports centers in the Quebec region.

Jibbing With Jeremy Jones

“Jibbing with Jeremy Jones” is an instructional video that covers the basics of learning how to ride handrails and park features. Bringing years of experience to the project Jeremy teaches you the following tricks: Backside Boardslides, Frontside Boardslides, Backside 50-50′, Frontside 50-50′s, Backside Lipslides, Frontside Lipslides, Nose Presses, Switch Nose Presses, 5-0′s and Switch 5-0′s. He also teaches several variations of these tricks to round the video out. This video is shot in Super 16mm film and all tricks are explained in detail by one of the masters of the sport.

Teton Gravity Research and Indy Pass bring you a short film celebrating the independent spirit of the Midwest ski and snowboard community. A few rope tows and rails, a set of slalom gates to bash, reliable snowmaking and a sense of adventure is all it takes. The ski industry could learn a few tricks from these tried and true Midwest ski areas: Family-first means affordable passes, after school programs, volunteer-led race clubs and most importantly, a sense of camaraderie.
