But then comes the crackdown, orchestrated by Yoweri Museveni, a brutal dictator who has ruled Uganda for 36 years. Bobi and his crew survive arrests, beatings, torture, riots and raids.

Filled with personal anecdotes it talks about his personal life and how his music never got affected by it. The film is a tribute to the music and to the man.
