A group of 12 teenagers from various backgrounds enroll at the American Ballet Academy in New York to make it as ballet dancers and each one deals with the problems and stress of training and getting ahead in the world of dance.

Oils on the Water

On January 13th 1985, Midnight Oil performed the Oils on the Water concert on Goat Island, Sydney, to celebrate radio Triple-J's tenth birthday, before a select crowd of 400 (half competition winners and half staff, media and friends, though other fans swam across). The concert was simulcast live on ABC TV and Triple J radio, released on video, then later remastered as part of the 2004 Best of Both Worlds DVD set. Oils on the Water was a classic Midnight Oil performance and setting with the band in fine high-energy form, caught in the light of the setting sun, against the backdrop of the Sydney Harbour Bridge.

Earth, Wind & Fire was led by Maurice White and this DVD captures them on stage in Japan in 1990 during the last tour that Maurice made with the group following the release of the "Heritage" album. His “Isle Of Wight” concert, which is presented on this disc, features many of Jimi’s best material, supported by his “Experience” band, with Billy Cox on bass and Mitch Mitchell on drums. “Freedom”, “Voodoo Chile”, “All Along The Watchtower”, “Red House”, and “Machine Gun” are only a few of the highlights on this disc. During this infamous concert, Jimi was also playing “New Rising Sun” and “Lover Man”, both of which are unfortunately missing from this recording for some reason.
